Product Manager – Semiconductor – IM3324

Salary: £65-85k. depend on experience, plus benefits

Job Outline:

A market leader in the development of Compound Semiconductor equipment has a new opportunity to join the Senior team as Product Manager.

This is a key role to develop the company’s future Roadmaps, based on an understanding of the current markets, customer needs and competitors, to identify future opportunities.

Based on your assessment of the markets and customers needs, you will identify future production opportunities.

Working closely with the customers, you will build key relationships to support business growth in the chosen segments.

Working closely with Marketing and Sales, you will inform their development of the mission statement and production marketing, ensuring campaigns align with the strategic roadmap.

By providing support and advise to the Product Management teams, you will generate Go To Market Plans for NPI based on customer and market understanding.

The Product Manager has a broad and varied workload, which will see you interact with many internal and external stakeholders to support the business and ensure their future strategic roadmap meets customer and market demands.

Experience:

With previous experience working in a similar Semiconductor / CAPEX equipment manufacturer, you must have an ability to quickly understand the technical issues of relevant Semiconductor products and processes. 

Applications are sought from Product Managers, Product Engineers, Applications Engineers, Marketing, and Engineers with strong experience in device manufacturing and characterization.

You should have the customer at the core of your work, and take into account the customer needs in recommending solutions.

Qualifications:

A technical, relevant higher education qualification is preferred, along with significant experience working in compound semiconductor production.

Experience working in a similar manufacturing / Semiconductor / CAPEX equipment company is essential.

Additional Information:

Candidates MUST be eligible to live and work in the UK/Europe and be prepared to regularly visit the main UK offices in Bristol.
