Salary / benefits: c£50k depend upon experience, plus benefits

Job Outline:

A market leader in the design and production of precision bespoke vacuum systems and components is now looking for a Production Manager to join their Senior Management Team at their North Wales manufacturing facility.

Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for a team of skilled dedicated to producing the highest quality precision products.

You will be responsible for the production of budgets, targets required to run the workshop and the monitoring performance in line with agreed company objectives. 

Working closely with sales, design, production and procurement you will provide delivery dates, costs and ensure they are met.

You will be responsible for the scheduling of Production to meet time, design and cost targets and ensuring components / materials are in place to meet production requirements.

Experience and Qualifications:

As the successful Production Manager, you should have previous experience in a similar role, and ideally have worked with vacuum technologies.

As a Manager with a proven track record, you should have a strong background in quality systems, LEAN, CI Kaizen, 6 Sigma.
