Surface Metrology Sales Engineer – LM1170

Salary: Competitive base salary, + Package + Car etc

Job Outline:

Do you have a background in Surface Metrology or Ultra High Precision Measurements?

My client, who is a leading distributor of specialist Optical Surface Measurement Systems seeks a further Sales professional to join their team.

Based within commuting distance of my client’s facility based in the Home Counties, you will be an experienced Field Sales Engineer, or an experienced user of Optical and high precision metrology systems.

Building on your background in Surface Metrology, 3D Measurements or Optical Measurement Systems, you will be working closely with a diverse range of customers across the UK to develop both new and existing sales opportunities.

Your time will be split between business development of new customers and supporting and developing existing customers/sales.

On a daily basis you will be talking with customers via phone and email as well as undertaking customer visits and attending trade shows.

You will also be undertaking applications work, as part of the sales process.

Product training will be given, but and understanding of this type of technology, and its applications is required.

Qualifications:

It is expected that you will have a Degree in Engineering, Material Science, Physics or similar.
