A market leader in the design, manufacture and supply of vacuum products and systems to a range of sectors including industrial, automotive, and academia, is now looking for a Service Sales Engineer to join their growing Service Sales team.
Working from a home office, you will plan and prioritise sales activities with existing customers, and establish new relations with new customers, throughout Southern England.
Within your territory you will be targeting relevant areas of business to expand the services and training portfolio. This will involve regular visits to customers in person, as well as answering email / phone queries.
As Service Sales Engineer you will be supported by a telemarketing team to provide customers with the most accurate and competitive information.
Working closely with the service aftermarket team, internal sales and the finance teams you will maintain a competitive and profitable pricing policy.
Finally, you will be responsible for dealing with any customer complaints or issues in your assigned territory and offering technical support as required.
Ideally you will hold a Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant scientific or engineering subject.
As the successful Service Sales Engineer, you will have a strong understanding of vacuum technologies, rotating equipment, compressors or similar, and be familiar with customer service requirements.
Candidates MUST be resident in and eligible to work and live in the UK. Copies of Passport and Visa will be requested for verification.
Candidates MUST hold a full clean UK Driving Licence.
